Casey McAdams is what she would like to think of as a regular teenager. But her parents’ jobs keep them moving all over. She’s never actually stayed in one school longer than two years. When her parents inform her about their move from Denver to Kenya she refuses. To keep her from moving her parents propose she live with their old college friend Ben Miller and his family in Massachusetts. The Miller family has five children and Casey’s memories of them growing up aren’t too fond. When she gets there she comes to realizes that things won’t be that bad. Will she be able to survive this house of  7?
